Tim partnered with Source Insurance Group in June, 2011. He holds his property & casualty license as well as his life & health license. In addition, Tim is Financial Representative holding a Series 6/63 license; focused on helping clients with annuities, mutual funds, retirement, and other investments. Tim is a former State Farm Agent and previously served as a Dave Ramsey, ELP (Endorsed Local Provider) designated agent.

Tim and his wife, Amy, live in Fishers, IN and have six kids altogether. Tim is an avid sports fan and coach. Over the years, Tim has coached youth sports at the YMCA, Upward, and through the Mudsock (S.P.O.R.T.S.) program. He’s coached travel baseball, basketball, and after 7 years as an assistant coach with Fishers/HSE Knights football program, he took over as the Head Coach for the 2021 season and still holds that position. Formerly, he was an assistant baseball coach at IUPUI. Tim served as a board member and Chairperson with the Hamilton Southeastern Schools Foundation Board, to assist in fundraising activities for the teachers and students in the school district, which he continues to support. Tim and Amy attend Northview Church, visiting both the Carmel and Fishers campuses. Tim holds a BS from Indiana University.

Sean joined Source Insurance Group in December, 2014 after selling his Farmers Insurance agency. He has held his property & casualty and life & health licenses since 2008 and flood license in 2009. Sean is also a Financial Representative holding a Series 6/63 license; focused on helping clients with mutual funds, Roth & Traditional IRA’s, annuities and other investments.

Sean lives in Fishers, IN with his wife, Heather, his 2 children, Holly and Andrew, and his two greyhounds, Darla and Mabel. Sean enjoys participating in, and is a fan of, all sports and outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and biking. Sean is also an umpire for softball with Fishers, HSE, and Noblesville programs. Originally from New Haven, IN, he was inducted into the NHHS Hall of Fame and to this day holds a school record 25+ years later. He holds a BS from Anderson University.

Sam joined Source Insurance Group in May 2025. A Minnesota native who relocated to Indiana in 2023, Sam is a licensed Property and Casualty insurance professional dedicated to providing comprehensive coverage solutions.

Sam lives in Fishers with her husband, Adam, their 5 kids, a goldendoodle (Sully) and 2 cats (Lola and Carol). She loves watching her kids play sports and in her free time loves reading, baking, crocheting and playing card games with her family.

Holly joined Source Insurance group in September 2025. She has joined the team as a Customer Service Representative to support the agents and customers however she can. 

Holly lives in Indianapolis with her husband, Arman, and their 2 Italian greyhounds, Finn and Chloe. In her free time she enjoys sewing, baking, and playing board, card, and video games with friends and family.
